Sevens Auction

The 30th Annual Auction at Sevens Ale House Raises $19,000
In April 2013, John D. “Jack” Kiley, owner of the Sevens Ale House on Charles Street in Boston, held the 30th annual charity auction to benefit three not-for-profit programs dedicated to children and young adults: Farr Academy, Agape Inn, and Brookline Infant and Toddler Center (BITC). This year the auction raised $19,000.
Kiley, a resident of Needham, will present the proceeds from the auction to Michael Culhane, Chief Executive Officer of James F. Farr Academy, Inc. “Farr Academy is a small local school with specific needs – unlike the larger nationwide non-profits – so getting additional funding is challenging,” said Kiley. “It is a pleasure to keep the auction going, year after year, thanks to our vendors’ auction item contributions and our community neighborhood support which are imperative to the success of the auction each year.”
